After a couple of recommendations, I have finally decided to start a blog. I am a PhD candidate at the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) at MIT, and in general am interested in ‘information-overload’ type problems with software-engineering being one such domain.

The intention is for the blog to contain posts that belong to a few categories: summaries of academic paper and results that can be applied to industry problems; various tips from my engineering experiences (typically while executing on applying some of the academic results), and other observations that I find interesting. The plan is to have a low frequency of posts (10-20 a year), though there is a backlog of things worth putting up so expect more posts in the beginning.
